My sisters and I grew up with your caramel cakes. Each year we look forward to our birthdays because it meant having a birthday cake from Estrella's. My eldest sister used to teach at UE and she was the one who started it all. Now we have families of our own and our children also enjoy the caramel cakes - - nothing has change, it's as delicious as ever. Congratulations!

I have heard so many raves about Estrel's from relatives and friends so I was excited to try them for myself. I called and ordered 2 days in advance and Ms Anna and Racquel answered all of my questions with ease. All I can say is that my whole family LOOOOOOVED the cake. I thought the 10" x 14" rectangular size was quite big for a household of 8 but I was wrong. The cake was gone after 5 hours. Thank you Estrel's for making my 33rd birthday memorable

I remember ordering my birthday cake every year , going to recto , up the stairs to a big room with my mom till my 18th birthday and my wedding. extended to my childrens birthdays and the last one during my grandaughters 1st birthday. Hoping to have estrels during important occassions but location doesnt permit, miss you.

Our family has been living in NZ for three years. Recently I've been trying all sorts of simple baking as I've never done it back home when ingredients were quite dear to waste if you were just a beginner. This afternoon I had lunch with a good friend and she taught of giving me some caramel syrup in sealed in a plastic bag (surplus stocks from her resto) and suddenly I remembered Estrella's caramel cakes which my mom and aunties used to order when there was a birthday in the family. I can still recall your shop along Laperal building in Recto, I used to go with them during pick up time coz I cant wait to see how beautiful and intricate the cake was decorated plus of course cant wait to give them a bite .

I thought of searching any information about you in google and surprised to find your website!!! What a delight to see the cakes exactly the same as how I saw them when I was a child. The other big bonus was to know that you are still in business so I can tell my relatives to order anytime they wish. My birthday is fast approaching and just wishful thinking that I can taste them miles away from home..... A friend is taking a vacation in the Phils soon I'll see if she can squeeze some of your cake in time when she gets back here... So glad to have found you!

When i first tasted your caramel cake, i just love it!! No comparison. The smoothness of the cake & those fabulous icings! Simple but elegant. I never want other birthday cake except yours & enjoy recommending to my friends. I consider myself very lucky that your bakeshop is close to home.

Beautiful, delicious classic cakes. I've been ordering Estrel's cakes for 5 years and I've never even been to the shop. I only order by phone and am very p;eased each time I get my order. Kudos to the staff for their efficiency.

The area is quite far from Proj. 4, QC but no regrets at all if you'll pick it up. For the deliciously taste and freshly made... What a cake?! Every time i gave it as a gift to my family, other relatives and friends, they were curious about the taste because its something different.

Not a fan of giving comment in a site aside from Face Book. But this will be my first time to patronize something that really gives unforgettable taste of dessert. From the time I tasted from a party of work colleague in our office, it gave me interest to know the name of this cake. They served it again in one event and that I knew it's Estrel's. Since that day, every time they have this cake... I can't help my self to get some take out! Can't wait to get some orders this October for my Birthday! Whew!
